Shipping and Delivery
Reproduced from our Shipping and Delivery Policy. A link to it sits in the site footer and on the checkout page too.
Effective 5 October 2026.
1. Where we deliver, and the cost
Delivery is free to every serviceable address in India; the price shown already includes it. No minimum order, and nothing is added at checkout.
We deliver only within India; there is no international shipping.
2. Timelines
Because each canvas is made after you order, delivery happens in two stages.
| Printing, finishing and dispatch | 3 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed |
| On the road: metro cities | 5 to 8 business days |
| On the road: elsewhere in India | 8 to 12 business days |
These are business days, not counting Sundays or public holidays. Large and framed pieces tend toward the longer end. Murals and custom wallpaper design follow the dates in their written quote.
3. Tracking your parcel
The moment your canvas is handed to the courier, we email you a tracking link. If 3 to 5 business days pass with no link in your inbox, tell us and we will look into it.
4. Serviceable PIN codes
We can deliver only where our courier partners operate. If we learn after payment that your PIN code is not served, we tell you straight away and return the full amount.
5. Packing, and receiving your parcel
Each canvas travels in a stiff corrugated carton, with protected corners and a moisture-resistant wrap.
Please look the parcel over when it arrives. If the carton is crushed, torn or damp, mention it to the delivery agent if you can, and photograph it before opening. If it was damaged on the way, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We then ship a free replacement and pick up the damaged canvas at our expense (see our Cancellation and Refund Policy).
6. Getting the address right
Do check the address and phone number before you confirm. Couriers usually try more than once. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, or no one could be reached, it comes back to us; we will get in touch to send it again, and the actual freight for that resend may be charged.
7. Delays we cannot control
Weather, strikes, unrest, official restrictions or courier disruption can slow a delivery. We will keep you posted, and we will not cancel your order over such a delay without speaking to you first.
