Terms of Use
Reproduced from our Terms of Service. A link to it sits in the site footer and on the checkout page too.
Effective 5 October 2026.
These terms apply whenever you browse wishanart.com or buy from it. Placing an order means you agree to them, so it is worth a few minutes before you check out.
The seller behind this store
Wishanart is a brand of THE CRAFT COLLECTIVE, the trading name of Ankit Ahuja, a sole proprietor based in India. Every sale on this website is made by that business.

1. Who may buy
Buyers must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Anyone younger may use the site with a parent or guardian taking part.
2. The work we sell
Our shop sells decorative canvas wall art. Each artwork is printed with HP Latex inks on 380 GSM canvas, pulled taut over a solid pine stretcher, and finished either as a wrapped canvas or inside a floater frame. Nothing is printed until you order it. We keep no finished stock of any single artwork, which is why our cancellation and refund terms read the way they do.
We also accept commissions: hand-painted murals, custom wallpaper design and canvases in custom sizes. Each commission is quoted in writing, and that written quote is part of the agreement for it.
The canvases in our shop are prints. They are not painted by hand, and we never present them as if they were. Listed sizes are the size of the printed canvas. Screens vary in calibration and brightness, so the colour on your device may differ a little from the finished print; a small difference of that kind comes with printing and is not a fault.
3. Prices, GST and invoices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and already include GST. Every order carries a GST tax invoice showing our GSTIN, 06AGRPA5503H3ZK.
Delivery is free to every serviceable address in India; the price shown already includes it.
Prices can change, but never for an order we have already accepted.
4. How an order becomes a contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot complete an order (a mistake in a price or listing, a production problem, or an address our carriers cannot reach) we will let you know and return everything you paid. We never swap in a different artwork, size or frame unless you agree.
5. Paying
Payments run through third-party gateways that meet PCI-DSS standards. Your card, UPI and net-banking details never reach us; we cannot see or keep them. The gateway's own terms also apply to your payment.
6. Delivery
Our Shipping and Delivery Policy covers delivery and is part of these terms.
7. Cancellations, replacements and refunds
Our Cancellation and Refund Policy covers these and is part of these terms. Nothing here reduces your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Ownership of the artwork
The artworks, photographs, words and design of this website belong to Ankit Ahuja or are used under licence, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957. Please do not copy, republish or adapt them.
When you buy a canvas you own that object. You do not acquire the copyright, or any right to reproduce the image.
If you give us an image or reference for a commission, you confirm that you own it or are entitled to have it reproduced, and responsibility for it stays with you. We may turn down any file.
9. Using the site fairly
Please do not use this site for anything unlawful, to infringe the rights of others, to plant malware, to scrape or mine data, or to try to reach parts of it you are not meant to.
10. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. This does not remove any liability the law does not allow us to exclude, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things we cannot reasonably control: natural events, strikes, unrest, carrier breakdowns, government orders, or loss of power or network.
12. Law and courts
Indian law governs these terms. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts at Faridabad, Haryana. This does not take away your right, as a consumer, to go to the consumer commission where you live.
13. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. An order is governed by the version that was live when you placed it; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
