Are these paintings or prints?
Prints. Each canvas is printed with HP Latex inks on 380 GSM canvas, then stretched and framed by us in Faridabad. No canvas in the shop is painted by hand, and we will not pretend otherwise. Murals are a separate service, and our artists paint them by hand on site.
What sort of art is in the shop?
Decorative canvas wall art for homes and workspaces.
Wrapped or floater frame: what is the difference?
A wrapped canvas has no frame; the image runs round the sides of a 25 mm pine stretcher. In a floater frame, the canvas is fixed from the back inside a slim polystyrene moulding (10 mm face, 35 mm deep), leaving a 6–8 mm shadow gap so the canvas seems to hover. Compare them.
How do I pick a size?
Measure the furniture below the wall and aim for roughly two-thirds of its width. Hang the canvas with its centre about 57–60 in up. Every size is drawn to scale in our size guide.
Can you make a size that is not listed?
Certainly. We can make any width and height. See custom sizes, or WhatsApp +91 99999 66946 for a quote.
When will my canvas arrive?
We make it after you order, and it leaves us within 3 to 5 business days. Transit is 5 to 8 business days for metro cities, 8 to 12 business days for the rest of India. A tracking link follows as soon as it ships.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free to every serviceable address in India; the price shown already includes it. We deliver within India only.
Is GST included?
Yes, in every price. You receive a GST tax invoice from THE CRAFT COLLECTIVE (GSTIN 06AGRPA5503H3ZK) with each order.
What if my canvas is damaged on arrival?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery: email or WhatsApp the order number with a few photos. A free replacement follows, and the damaged canvas is picked up at our expense. Print faults and wrong items are covered the same way.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at no cost, any time before dispatch. Send your order number to hello@wishanart.com or WhatsApp +91 99999 66946.
Can I send a canvas back if I change my mind?
We are not able to take change-of-mind returns, because each canvas is made for you alone. Damage, faults and wrong items always get a free replacement. The Cancellation and Refund Policy has the full terms.
How do I hang it?
It arrives with a sawtooth hanger already fixed to the top bar. A single screw or picture hook is all it needs.
How should I care for it?
A soft, dry cloth now and then. Avoid water and sprays, strong sun and damp walls. More on the care page.
Do you paint murals?
We do. Our artists paint them by hand, in place. Share your brief.
Do you sell wallpaper?
Not off the roll. We design wallpaper artwork for your particular wall and hand over print-ready files. See the design service.

How do I pay?
Online at checkout, through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card and UPI details never reach us.
